wheel scroll in 'overflow: hidden' element.

scroll if scrollHeight > clientHeight.

no scroll.

Opera のバグレポは無視された感が半端無いのでもう2度とするまいと思ったはずなのに。。。

これで試しましたがどのブラウザも駄目っぽいですよ。
Opera が普通のブラウザになったら僕は Opera を使うのをやめます。
